Subscriptions & billing
SlowDwn Pro is sold as an auto-renewable Apple subscription (monthly or yearly). Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem flow. We cannot cancel or refund App Store charges from this site.
Account & data
To delete your account, open Settings in the iOS app (or Dashboard → Settings on the web) and choose Delete account. You can also email hello@slowdwn.it to request access or deletion. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Common questions
- Screen Time permission is required for shields on iOS — grant Family Controls / Screen Time when prompted.
- Free accounts can enroll a limited number of apps; Pro unlocks unlimited.
- Purchases unlock Pro on your SlowDwn account — sign in before buying.
